Pharmaca is the journal of the Croatian Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapy of the Croatian Medical Association. When offering our content via the website www.e-pharmaca.com, we are obliged to act in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data, especially in accordance with the relevant laws on personal data protection, electronic communications laws and the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of the European Union.
Pharmaca undertakes that the personal data collected by you when registering or subscribing or by providing us with a visit to our website will be used in accordance with this document and that we will not sell, borrow or otherwise store your personal data way of forwarding to third parties except exclusively in legally prescribed cases.

After fulfilling the purpose for which the data were collected, the data are destroyed or deleted.

Likewise, Pharmaca will provide the individual, at his request and in accordance with existing legislation, with other information regarding his personal data being processed.
